Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, RAJ WEB HOST offers to its Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on fees for hosting services. If for any reason you cancel your account within thirty (30) days starting from the day RAJ WEB HOST dispatch your welcome email including your account information or the day you place the order with us, whichever comes first. RAJ WEB HOST will refund your money with no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee. If you have ever previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee, your account will be canceled, but no money will be refunded to you. Changes to your service, including, but not limited to, adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan you have do NOT make you eligible for an additional 30-Day Guarantee. The 30-Day Guarantee applies to your first order of Web hosting services from RAJ WEB HOST and does not apply to any changes to your service at any time. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, Domain Parking services, dedicated servers, virtual private servers and overage fees.
Please note that We offer no-question asked 30 days money back guarantee. However, it will be applicable in the following cases:
1. Our 30 Days money back guarantee is applicable only for the cPanel Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting service. If you cancel your Hosting within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the amount without asking any question, the refund excludes (IP address Fees, any purchased License, Domain name Registration / Transfer, SSL certificates and also any other add-ons service) even if those are included free in the plan.
2. Domain Registration / Transfer as well as ID / Privacy Protection fees are non-refundable.
3. Dedicated Servers including cPanel/WHM, Windows OS, Plesk panel, WHMCS or any other software's licenses as well as managed server fees are non-refundable.
4. Any VPS Hosting including cPanel/WHM, Windows OS, Plesk panel, WHMCS or any other software's licenses as well as managed server fees are non-refundable.
5. Any paid SSL Certificates ordered as product or add-ons service are non-refundable.
6. All Setup Fees (if applicable) including server management services are non-refundable.
7. If a domain name is provided free with a Hosting plan that you have paid for as a part of a special promotion, we will deduct the retail value of your domain name price from the refund amount.
8. If you have purchased both a domain name and Web hosting plan from us and request a refund within the 30 day time period, we will only refund for the web hosting fees that you paid. Your domain name will remain active in our site and it will still be under your control until it expires.
Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by requesting a cancellation from your our Clientarea at https://clients.rajwebhost.com/clientarea.php > Services > My Services > Active Product/Service > View Details > Actions > Request Cancellation. All due amounts must be settled in full before we cancel the customer's account. Customer understands and agrees that RAJ WEB HOST does not provide pro-rated or any other kinds of refunds on cancellations if cancelled after 30 days. All fees Customer has paid shall be nonrefundable, unless stated otherwise under our any 30-day money back guarantee (see the above REFUNDS section for details about refund). Cancellation requests must be made by the customer himself directly from the Clientarea at https://clients.rajwebhost.com/clientarea.php. Cancellations requests are not accepted by email, postal mail, by phone, by social media or via the help desk / livechat etc.
